Meet the founders
Flow was co-founded by Daniel Mansson and Erik Rehn. Together they have a huge-but-simple goal of using science and technology to help as many people as possible to treat depression. Daniel is a clinical psychologist and has performed extensive clinical studies and treated patients with a variety of conditions, including anxiety and depression. As a neuroscientist, Erik has worked on major Silicon Valley projects in artificial general intelligence. In 2012, Daniel met Erik where they both worked at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm. In January 2016, with combined backgrounds in clinical psychology, computer networks, computational neuroscience and electrical engineering, they launched Flow.
Flow offers a safe, effective and affordable treatment for depression. This is achieved by applying scientifically validated psychology, neuroscience and technology to make treatment simple and accessible for everyone anytime, anywhere. Our mission is to find new ways to treat mental health issues with the help of science and technology. We believe that unlocking the science of the brain is key to understanding and treating mental health, and our vision is to make everyone feel better and live healthier.
