Hanna Silva

Hanna Silva is a clinical psychologist with a deep-rooted understanding of how depression affects patients and the people closest to them. After receiving her license as a yoga instructor in 2018, Hanna found a way to integrate dynamic Hatha yoga and psychotherapy to give patients both mental and physical strategies for managing depression, anxiety, ADHD and long-term stress. Before that, she worked with a variety of psychological methods, including CBT, psychodynamic short-term therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.
