Refund policy

If the headset is unused: Set-up and initial monthly fee can be refunded upon request within 2 weeks of delivery

 

If the headset is used: you can end the rental period at any time and return the headset. In this case there will be no refund on the cost that you have paid.

At the end of each month, you can keep renting or stop renting & send the headset back for free. If you want to return your headset please contact: support@flowneuroscience.com

After 6 months of your treatment, you can also choose to buy your headset for a discounted price. Contact support@flowneuroscience.com for this option.

Return policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of a headset from flowneuroscience.com, whatever the reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. We even cover the return shipping cost from the countries that Flow is currently available in. To request a refund, contact support@flowneuroscience.com.

Why do I need to consult a healthcare professional before using Flow?

Using Flow poses minimal risk of injury. Even so, it is recommended that you consider multiple treatment options. If symptoms worsen, make sure to contact a healthcare professional.

We recommend always having ongoing contact with a healthcare professional if you suffer from depression.

You do not need a prescription to buy and use Flow.
