How you can work with us

Detailed guide for clinicians:

How you can partner with Flow

Flow demo - for clinicians

How can a demo device help you?

We do not expect testing it on one patient would provide you with sufficient data set to confirm the efficacy of Flow. That is why we provide you with scientific research and Flow’s real-world patient data to show our efficacy and safety.

With a demo, what we want you to test is the usability of our product and how it integrates with your practice. For example, what type of patients in your practice would be interested in trying out Flow? How can Flow be combined with your current practice / current digital offerings?

How can you access a HCP demo?

  1. You will sign up via the interest form and indicate interest
  2. Flow will verify your clinic practice and send you a specific HCP offer code
  3. You can enter this code at the check-out on the Flow shop to get your demo device at a discounted price. You will have 15 days to use the code. If any issues, please contact us:  partnerships@flowneuroscience.com

What can you do with our demo device?

  • Test one patient on our full 6-week treatment programme OR
  • Give a chance for multiple patients to test out how Flow’s stimulation feels

What happens after you get a demo device?

  1. You can introduce Flow treatment to your patients and refer them to our website.
They can either rent our solution or choose to buy their own. We will handle all the logistics so that your patients can access the treatment right way.
  2. You can also continue testing our device on more patients with the demo device. To do so, you can purchase additional refill pads (one additional patient per box)

Flow clinician node programme

Why does Flow work with clinician nodes?

At the moment, patient interest in Flow is growing exponentially in the UK and across Europe. And currently we are recruiting local healthcare professionals so that Flow can best address patients’ questions and support them throughout the journey.

What does a clinician node do?

You will work as our partner in your area and help more depression patients coming your way.

Flow will:

  • Direct patients interested in or currently using Flow to you
  • Support you closely on how to guide the patients via email and calls upon your request

You will:

  • Learn about the Flow solution through our website and/or conversations with our team
  • Support patients coming your way with interest in Flow
  • Provide patients with guidance on the treatment and usage

How do you become a clinician node?

  1. You will sign up via the interest form and indicate interest
  2. We will notify you if your area of practice shows a high level of patient interest. Otherwise, we will keep you in our future list
  3. We will connect via an intro call to discuss a potential partnership and expectations from both ends
  4. We will share your information with patients in your area and add your logo to our website to direct patients

What should a clinician node be familiar with?

Clinician nodes need to have sufficient knowledge about Flow to guide prospective patients and current users. Such information will include (not limited to):

  • Mechanism of Flow technology
  • Detailed description of Flow solution & how treat patients with Flow
  • Efficacy results
  • Side effects & risk

Flow team will provide you with this information, and support you throughout the partnership journey should any questions arise.

Clinical Trial Programme

At the moment, world-leading researchers are running clinical trials with our Flow device to validate the efficacy and safety of at-home tDCS treatment. These studies are run independent of Flow for the purpose of research.

Ongoing research include:

  • Professor Cynthia Fu, University of East London. UK
  • Professor Brunoni,  Universidade de São Paulo, Brazil

No risk and no cost

Clinicians can take this unique opportunity to introduce patients to try our innovative care.

Unfortunately at the moment, the trials have completed their recruiting. Sign up here to learn more about our clinical trial programme and put yourself on the waiting list.

What types of patients can you refer to the study?

  • Mild-to-moderate unipolar depression patients (18+) – no bipolar
  • Looking for an alternative to medication (and/or seeking to reduce the dosage)
  • Looking for a remote depression care option

What will your patient get? (specifics may vary from trial to trial)

  • 6-week treatment with Flow – in the comfort of their home
  • Online check-ins throughout the care programme, with a researcher
  • 3 month and 6 month remote follow-up

What will happen if you are on the waiting list

  • If your practice / your patients live where there is a trial, we will inform you and send you a link to sign up
  • You can share the link with your patients to apply to be included in the trial
